Over 3 x 1hr sessions we explore essential mental, spiritual and physical skills to maximise success of your desired birth including birth preparation for first baby, VBAC, free birth, home birth or a breech baby delivery. In case you have had experience birth trauma or an unwanted caesarean, we dive into the reasons and lesson from those experiences and explore the ways to ensure you develop and maintain physical and emotional strength to have the birth you desire.
The main principle of my teaching is to Claim Your Birth. In this philosophy you take charge of the birth of your baby/babies, you connect to your own wisdom and strength and invite a support team that provide an unwavering pillar of support for your birth vision.

C-section recovery consultation
2-3 hours in person or virtual consultation to uncover physical and spiritual needs of your body to support and promote healing and recovery post caesarean. This session includes a Free C-Section Recovery e-book which contains information on nutrition, herbal, and phycological tools for recovery.

Birth De-brief
It is said, that as women, we tell our birth stories for the rest of our lives. This is a safe place for you to share your birth story, to uncover potential reasons of certain traumatic experiences during your birth and to create a road map to healing that experience with practical and simple tools that can be implemented on your own.
During a 2-3 hours in person or virtual session, we dive deep into a spiritual meaning of that event and what lessons and realisations you can take away for the rest of your life.
Birth debrief can also include a discussion of your wishes for your future/upcoming births and a plan to make it happen.
